My name is Alexis—I have two wild boys and a wonderful husband.

This season of life has taught me that nothing about becoming a mother, building a career, and trying to hold onto yourself happens in a straight line. It happens in the chaos in the middle of everything.

The in-between moments.
The mental load that never fully shuts off.
The quiet questioning of if you’re doing enough—or being enough.

I created this space from that place. Not because I had it figured out, but because I was living it and knew I wasn’t the only one.

The Career Mom Collective was created for women balancing ambition, motherhood, growth, burnout, routines, dreams, and everything in between. This space is about building careers while raising humans — without losing ourselves in the process.
